A Counselling Service to Business and Industry

Employees are subject to stresses and strains which affect their performance, their availability and the quality of their lives. Issues such as redundancy, retirement and relationship difficulties can take their toll.

Over a number of years employers have recognised that counselling can offer the kind of insight and support which enables people to manage these situations more effectively. This represents a benefit to staff and a saving to employers in terms of time that would otherwise be lost to sickness and absenteeism. In severe cases there could be loss of experienced staff.

I have many years' experience of working for Employee Assistance Programmes and also accept referrals directly from employers. I would be happy to discuss the setting up and running of counselling and/or coaching for interested companies.
